The Liora is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels and new oak casks

Seville orange and raspberry flavours lead to baked apple and subtle spice

the wine spends 11 months in barrel (30% new)

after which it is blended and bottled

This Chardonnay purposely did not go through malolactic fermentation and remained in barrel and on lees for 12 months
